The Details
100% Chardonnay from organically cultivated purchased from growers in the north of the Mâcon as well as the villages of Peronne, Uchizy, Saône, and the Loire. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age for 10 months sur lie in stainless steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<15ppm) added SO2.
