The Details

100% Côt from biodynamically farmed vines in the home vineayrd in Clisson on granitic soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and gently crushed with only free-run juice used for the wine. Spontaneously fermented and aged in stainless steel tank for 6 months before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
