The Details

Grenache Blanc & Grenache Gris from 75+ year-old organically cultivated vines in the hills above the ancient Roussillon village of Calce. Grapes are hand-harvested (early) and macerate for 10 days prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in tank before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
