The Details
45% Muscat à Petits-Grains, 45% Muscat d'Alexandrie, 10% Macabeu from 30-40 year-old organically cultivated vines in the Roussillon. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster co-ferment for 15-20 days in fiberglass tank. Pressed to a combination of sandstone amphora and stainless steel tanks. Raised for 7 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<10ppm) added SO2.
