100% Pinot Noir from clay/basaltic soils in the Auvergne. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and spontaneously ferment in cement tank. Aged for 12 months in 1000L ceramic vessel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12%ABV
