The Details

Gamay/Pinot Noir from basaltic/clay/limestone soils in the Auvergne. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and spontaneously ferment in cement egg prior to pressing and aging for 12 months in a combination of barrel and ceramic vessel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
