The Details

100% Gamay from biodynamically grown vines in clay/silex/limestone soils in the Loire. Whole-cluster carbonic maceration for 7 days before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 10-12 months in neutral cask. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<15ppm)  additional SO2.
