100% Sauvignon Blanc from organically cultivated 40 year-old vines planted to clay/limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment (10ppm SO2 added during fermentation) and age for 8 months in fiberglass tank prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13% ABV
