The Details
34% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Franc, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon from biodynamically cultivated vines in Bouzet southeast of Bordeaux in the French Southwest. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified in demi-muid prior to élevage for 36 months and bottle aging thereafter for several years. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
