The Details

100% Riesling. Grapes are pressed and fermented with wild yeasts. Secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle with 2-4g dosage. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2. 


First ever Crémant de Luxembourg aged & vinified without the addition of sulphites (!)
