Négoce! Small side-project of the domaine, these Chardonnay grapes come from a trusted biodynamic grower in the Ardèche. Hand-harvested by Aurélie & Julien. Grapes are directly pressed and spontaneously ferment/age in neutral 400L oak barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
