From the Champ Long lieu-dit in the Jura, this is 100% Pinot Noir from 48 year-old vines biodynamically cultivated on triassic red marly soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, hand-destemmed, spontaneously fermented in wooden tronconic vats prior to pressing. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, 15ppm SO2. 12% ABV
