The Details
100% Pineau d'Aunis from 60 year-old vines in Côteaux du Loir. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously ferment in a combination of whole-cluster and destemmed. Semi-carbonic maceration lasts 1-3 weeks. Élevage last 1 year before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<20ppm) added SO2.
