About the wine

100% Roditis from 25 year-old vines grown in the clay and limestone soils of Northern Greece's Pella. Directly pressed, the wine spontaneously fermented in old barrique which was followed by 12 month élevage. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12%
