From 50 year-old, biodynamically cultivated vines in Muscadet, this is 100% old-vine Melon de Bourgogne that sees a short maturation sur lie helping slightly soften the otherwise characteristically bracing acidity of the Atlantic's greatest vinous avatar. Unfined, coarsely filtered, minimal added SO2. Salty, briny, delicious!
