The Details

100% Pinot Noir biodnyamically cultivated in Alsace. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-bunch spontaneously fermented/macerate for 10 days before pressing. Aged in neutral barrel for 12 months before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
