Composed of three cuvées, “Fusion”, “Rockaille Billy”, “Magma Rock” as well as some Gamay from Julien Merle in Beaujolais. All vinified in whole bunches for roughly 3 weeks in either vat or wooden cask. Unfined, unfiltered, with no SO2.
