100% old-vine Chardonnay from a single parcel in the Jura. Clay/limestone soils, vines are biodynamically cultivated. Directly pressed, spontaneously fermented and aged for 1 year sur lie ouillé before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
