The Details
100% Chardonnay from a 2HA lieu-dit on clay-limestone soils. Vines are 55 years-old. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed into neutral barrel for spontaneous fermentation with 11-18 months' élevage in neutral barrel. Racked into stainless steel for blending and a final rest prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2 (max 25ppm at bottling).
