From Okayama, Japan -- Young-vine Aki Queen and Muscat Bailey A. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch spontaneously ferment/carbonically macerate for 2-3 months in separate stainless steel tanks prior to blending. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (15ppm) added SO2.
