From Okayama, Japan -- 92% Chardonnay, 8% Albariño, Pinot Blanc, Kerner, Auxerrois, Viognier, Gewürztraminer, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot & Muscat Bailey A. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed & spontaneously co-fermented in stainless steel tank. Bottled just before completion of fermentation a la ancestral method. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal (15 pmm) added SO2.
