The Details
Supremely ethereal, magnum-only bottling of Pineau d'Aunis that is biodynamically cultivated in Saumur Puy-de-Notre-Dame by Emmanuel Haget. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch, carbonically macerate in tank for 12 days prior to pressing. Wine matures in tank for a further 8 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
