About the wine
Single-parcel, 1 hectare of ("Espenyalluchs") Xarel-lo. Directly pressed, spontaneous fermentation is followed by a short élevage sur lie in a combination of concrete egg & used French oak. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal SO2 at bottling.
