The Details

Organically cultivated Garnatxa Blanca (70%), Parellada (20%), Garnatxa Gris (10%). Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 5 days on the skins prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 6 months in concrete tank prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
