The Details

Organically cultivated Merlot (70%), Garnatxa Negra (10%), Pinot Noir (10%), Carinyena (10%). Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 15 days prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 6 months thereafter all in stainless steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
