The Details

From the one and only, Catalonian natural wine legend, Joan Ramón Escoda this is Parellada, Garnacha Blanca, & Macabeo. The grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 7 days on the skins prior to pressing and spontaneously fermenting and aging (8-12 months) in a combination of neutral oak and amphora. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11% ABV
