The Details
"60% Parellada, 20% Macabeu and 20% Garnatxa Blanca. Conca de Barbera, Catalonia. From estate fruit that has been farmed biodynamically since 2007. Vines are 80+ years old. Co-hand harvested, foot stomped and then wholecluster pressed directly to large amphora for fermentation with native yeasts. Aged in amphora (and some wood if space requires) for 8 months. No sulfur. Bottled unfined / unfiltered." (Indie Wineries)
