The Details

100% Grillo from about an hour's drive inland from Marsala in Western Sicily. Hand-harvested, the grapes macerate for 2 days prior to pressing into stainless steel tank where spontaneous fermentation and maturation take place over the course of 7-10 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
