Grenache Blanc and Macabeu from Calce, Roussillon (Côtes Catalanes), France. Grapes are hand-harvested, direct pressed and fermented with wild yeasts in old oak. The wine rests for 4-6 months on the lees, followed by racking into stainless steel tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
