About the wine

100% Cilegiolo from vines grown on sandy soils with decomposed gneiss, alluvial soil, and clay. The grapes were macerated and fermented in 1500-liter conical wood tanks (80% whole cluster) for one month before being pressed and racked into stainless steel tanks where it was allowed to settle for three months before bottling. Unfined, unfiltered, with a touch of SO2.
