The Details
Grenache Blanc can be flabby mamma; here it is fresh and wild, bursting with acidity and succulent stone fruit. Fermented in concrete with native yeast, rested in fiberglass tanks, bottled unfined, unfiltered and zero sulfur. A bite of juicy nectarine, with flinty minerality and an herb garden finish that lingers. Perfect for salmon or any fatty fish dish topped with copious rosemary.
