The Details
Made to be delightfully chuggable, this Syrah, Grenache and Carignan blend is entirely zero sulfur and fresh as a fiddle. 60-80 year old vines. Fermented in concrete eggs with indigenous yeast, bottled unfined and unfiltered. Remarkably light, with succulent, chewy tannins. Serve lightly chilled, and enjoy with a bacon-avocado sandwich, or any other smoky charcuterie.
