The Details

100% old-vine Gamay d'Auvergne on basalt. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, macerate for 3 months in neutral barrel before 12-18 month élevage also in barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. (~500 btls made).
