The Details

Weingut Fuchs und Hase is an independent winery founded in 2014 by Stefanie and Alwin Jurtschitsch and Martin and Anna Arndorfer producing exclusively pet-nat wines. 

Volume 2 is 70% Grüner Veltliner, 30 % Gelber Muskateller, 3% skins of Gelber Muskateller. All grapes are pressed together. After pressing, skins of Gelber Muskateller are added for 7 days. Organically cultivated fruit, wines spontaneously ferment and are bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12%ABV
