The Details

From an old co-planted vineyard, this is Folgasǎo, Rabigato, and Malvasia Fina in northwest Portugal. Destemmed, spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel and 225L neutral barrel before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<20ppm) added SO2. 12% ABV
