Retsina is a traditional Greek wine style dating back thousands of years, when fermentation vessels were sealed with pine resin. Resin would seep into the wine lending the unmistakably herbal freshness that defines this wine. Made with Savatiano grapes rested on the skins for 1 week, this wine has zero additions, including sulfur. Raw and wild, with a sharp citrusy nose and a crunchy palate, tangelo flesh and preserved lemon.
