The Details

50/50 Malvasia & Trebbiano from organically cultivated vines in volcanic soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, and macerate for 3 days prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation lasts thereafter for 45 days. Aged 8 months in stainless steel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12% ABV
