Completely unique, gorgeous wine. 100% biodynamically cultivated Saperavi (red-fleshed, red-skinned grape native to Georgia) from Kakheti that spontaneously fermented in Qvevri under flor for 1 year. Svelte and fresher than anticipated with a fascinating oxidative nutty/pruney nose. Medium-bodied with loads of life. One of a kind.
