50/50 Tsitska & Tsolikouri from Kakheti in central-eastern Georgia. Grapes spontaneously ferment in contact with the skins for 2 months prior to 16 month aging also in Qvevri. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. Broad, delicious, clean and classic Amber wine with some zestier elements than perhaps anticipated.
