The Details

100% Pinot Noir from organically cultivated vines in the Tualatin Hills AVA of the Willamette Valley. Grapes are hand-harvested and placed in open-top neutral barrel. 10-30 day maceration / spontaneous fermentation prior to pressing. Aging sur lie for another 18 months also in barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<15ppm) added SO2.
