The Details
A quadtych of high-elevation, desert Oregonian Pinot! Grapes are hand-harvested from 20 year-old vines and separated and vinified 4 different ways: direct-pressed, short maceration of crushed grapes, a couple days of skin-contact, and some carbonic. Each in separate tanks, spontaneously fermented and blended thereafter. Aged in stainless and demijohn prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal (10-15ppm) added SO2.
