From organically cultivated vines grown between Béziers and Montpellier in the Languedoc's Aspiran, this is Grenache/Syrah/Carignan from alluvial/limestone/volcanic soils. Spontaneous fermentation, semi-carbonic maceration, and maturation in stainless steel. Bottled thereafter unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
