The Details
100% Chenanson (a crossing of Grenache x Jurançon created in 1958)! Semi-carbonically macerated, rested for up to 10 months before bottling in old-school recycled liter bottles. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% and ridiculously tasty.
