The Details
100% Gamay 60 year-old organically cultivated vines in the Javernand lieu-dit of Chiroubles. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster spontaneously ferment in tank prior to pressing and racking to barrel. Élevage for 10 months in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<20ppm) added SO2.
