The Details
100% Gamay from organically farmed vines on the lower slope of the Côte de Brouilly between Odenas and Cercié. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster spontaneously fermented in tank for a short maceration prior to pressing and racking to barrel. Aged for 10 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal (15ppm) added SO2.
