2 MAX / CUSTOMER - A selection of Guy's oldest Gamay, all 100+ years-old biodynamically farmed in the granitic soils of the Les Charmes climat on own-rooted vines. Whole-cluster spontaneous fermentation at low temperature. Short maceration in tank prior to pressing and racking to neutral barrels for 12 months' élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, tiny-to-no (vintage dcependent) added SO2.
