The Details

First produced in 2008 from 50 year old organically cultivated vines in the hills between Côte de Brouilly and the Côte du Py of Morgon around the village of Regnié-Durette, this is 100% Gamay whole-cluster spontaneously fermented in tank with a short maceration prior to pressing and racking to barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<15ppm) added SO2.
