About the wine

60% Pinot Noir, 40% Gamay from younger vines organically grown across a variety of terroirs in Cheverny in the eastern Loire Valley. 15-day maceration in a mix of concrete and tronconic vat prior to pressing and aging in concrete. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
