The Details

Loire Valley, 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes were hand harvested, followed by fermentation in steel tanks and then fiberglass tanks for an extended period, before being bottled in late June 2020.

Crisp, light, refreshing. Orchard fruits and a fresh salinity.
