MAGNUM, MAX 1 BTL / CUSTOMER From the mentee of Pat Desplats & Thierry Beclair, this is Houas Boukella's maiden vintage on his own with some of Thierry's fruit & grapes planted at his wife's family's farm, all located in Rochefort-sur-Loire in Anjou. 'Fleurette' is primarily Sauvignon Blanc & Chenin with small amounts of Grolleau Gris & Chardonnay that co-macerate and spontaneously ferment in buried amphora for one month prior to 'pressing' and racking to fiberglass for 6-9 month élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10.5% ABV
